Sports Rehab relates to the treatment, rehabilitation and further prevention of injuries and complaints sustained during sporting activities. Sports injuries do differ to everyday injuries. Some sports require a high level of performance and place a lot of demand upon your body. This high demand places stress on your muscles, joints and bones and can push them to the limit. The most common injuries associated with sports include ligament sprains, strains, tears, joint injuries and over-use injuries.
